Ash & Steph are destination wedding photographers based in the South Burnett, Queensland, but travel within Australia and internationally.

Our passion lies in true to life imagery that is considered without feeling contrived. We take a relaxed, documentary approach to weddings, with an eye for good light, interesting compositions, and the moments that happen naturally around us.

We’re interested in more than a collection of beautiful photographs. We want to document the people, places and small interactions that made the day what it was.


Our approach leaves room for things to happen naturally. We’ll step in when a little direction makes sense, and step back when it doesn’t — paying attention to what’s unfolding in front of us and just beyond it.


The result is a body of photographs and film that feels considered but not constructed; a record of the day, the people in it, and all the things worth remembering.
